The customer must follow the instructions on the screen to complete the purchase process. Any errors in the data entered can always be corrected, the contents of the basket changed or the entire order cancelled during the purchase process before the order is placed.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and fully accepts the Terms and Conditions.

The order is placed through the Web by clicking on the “Finalize order” button.

If the customer has any questions when placing an order or if he or she wishes to make any enquiries about it, he or she can contact us by email at shop@mirto.com

Once the order has been received, the customer must contact us by email shop@mirto.com indicating the following data:

-Name and Surname

-Order number

-Provide as much information as possible (in the case of a defective item, you must include photographs of the product)

Our customer service will contact the customer as soon as possible.

The order may be cancelled as long as it has not left our facilities.

You can pay by transfer, card (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal.

Your card may have been declined for one of the following reasons:

• The card may be expired. Please check the validity of your card.
• You may have entered some incorrect information. Please check that you have filled out all the required fields correctly.
• You may have exceeded your credit limit. Please contact your bank to verify that you have not exceeded the authorized purchase limit.

You must enter the code in the “Discount code ” box that will appear in your purchase information process.

Discount codes do NOT apply to discounted products and only one can be applied per order.

Or send an email to shop@mirto.com indicating name and surname and the order number.

Once we confirm the refund of the order to the customer, it will be effective within 48/72 hours. If not, the customer must write to shop@mirto.com
