RETURNS & EXCHANGES
MIRTO offers exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving the order. The exchange or return period may be extended during special promotions.
There will be no charge for exchange or return if the product is taken by the customer to a Post Office (drop-off service available in mainland Spain). Collection at your home entails an associated cost depending on your location.
We regret that we cannot accept the exchange or return of products for personal or intimate use, underwear, or personalized, altered or "custom" or made-to-order products.
Returns from countries outside the EU will be the responsibility of the customer, who must return the order by the means of transport they deem appropriate and assume any costs of returning the goods.

Each return request will be handled individually by our Customer Service department, who will contact you by phone or email in the event of any incident. The normal processing time is approximately 1 week, although during some holiday periods or periods of high commercial intensity, it may be slightly increased.
The refund for returned items will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase once the goods have been received and checked back at our warehouses. The costs of the first shipment, if applicable, cannot be reimbursed. Please note that from the time you are notified of the return, it may take 48/72 hours for your bank to credit the amount back into your account.
